From beginning to end Ship a Car Direct was proactively in touch with me regarding pick up times and driver assignment. When I had a question, the 888 number responded immediately. The driver they contracted was very professional and made the pick up and drop off very efficient. I even got a follow up email to make sure all had gone as planned. I definitely plan to use Ship a Car Direct in the spring when I return up north. George h baker
