I had never had to ship a car before my last experience, however if I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will DEFINITELY be using Ship a car direct again! The service was easy, working with Stefan was informative, he kept me up to date on the progress of finding a carrier, answered all my questions and concerns, and was very helpful. I loved the ease and hassle free experience. All the fee’s were explained and charged exactly as promised. This operation moves like a well greased machine- seamless! I didn’t feel nickled and dimmed for any portion of the service. From the moment the carrier picked up my car, they were professional, and handled my car with such care you would have thought it was theirs. Delivery was fantastic as well. The carrier was prompt- communicated clearly what time and where they would be delivering, and when my car arrived, she was still in perfect working order. 10 out of 10 would recommend working with them again. Thank you for such an easy and convenient experience.
