SAPD is great - Contractor was not.

As all car shipping services are, SACD is simply a broker. They assist in connecting consumers with contracted drivers to get cars where they need to go. Cost, communication and responsiveness with SACD was fantastic from initial discussion to completion of delivery and quality assurance. 5 Stars for SACD. The contractor I was matched with, however, was not as great. Shipping time and quality was good, but communication was not. Fairly rude with my wife at pickup, and then pushy and did not meet agreed upon conditions for delivery (delivered far earlier than agreed upon on the day - even after wanting to delivery at 1am originally the night before). I get that for these contractors time is money, but even thinking that a 1am delivery to a residential area is obtuse at best, and then calling 1.5 hours prior to the agreed upon time (called at 5am when we agreed on a 6:30am delivery). 2 stars for the Contractor.
