Submitted inquiries for having my 2006 BMW 750Li transported cross country from. California to Tennessee in late October. Had several quotes that were miles apart in price, Lottie from Ship a car Direct reached out to me and had a good price, no pressure quote. She followed up via email a few days later and was the only one whose price hadn’t changed. We spoke, confirmed timeline and details and she had a carrier for me within a day or two I believe at the same price ready to pick it up. Pick up was smooth, delivery was right on time 5 days later with no problems. Driver was very accommodating as was Ship A Car Direct. They followed up the week after delivery, to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service and company
