I was very pleased with how Ship A Car handled the entire process. It took me 3-4 days to finally decide on what broker I was going to use. To my surprise I was bombarded with Brokers calling, texting and emailing me. Renee won me over with her professionalism explaining the whole process with me. We actually worked together in deciding what was the best way to proceed. It only 2 days to locate a driver and a couple days after that for the vehicle to get picked up. I was charged exactly what I was told once the driver was located. The vehicle was delivered in a very timely manner. The driver was very polite, on time and professional. I am impressed and very pleased with the process from start to finish. There is no doubt in my mind that I will contact Renee again when I am need of moving a vehicle.
