My first time experience shipping a vehicle

Ship A Car Direct did everything they said they would do. The experience was easy due to the assistance of Renee. She explained the general process and the specifics of how these arrangements are made to ship your vehicle and what to expect along with next steps. She was always available via email to answer any questions I had. The shipper was also excellent. They contacted us and received the vehicle a day ahead of when we were going to ship the car in order to expedite the delivery time at the end point which was critical for us. The truck had a mechanical problem enroute and we were notified by their dispatcher as to what the plan was for further communication and as to when the vehicle would be delivered. The driver also contacted us the day before delivery to make sure we were available and to establish communication for delivery the next day. As this was the first time shipping a vehicle I wasn't sure what to expect. The team that handled our vehicle was professional, honest and did exactly what they contracted for and at the agreed upon price.
