The whole process was very smooth and my salesperson Lottie was very accommodating. From our first phone call, to the day of delivery she was able to make any last minute changes I needed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because they charged my account a day early when it was supposed to be charged on delivery. I tried calling my salesperson about this but had no luck and never heard back from them. However, besides this, the process was smooth and I would definitely use them again.
