Overall I would give them a good rating. They were always responsive to my requests, gave a very good quote in comparison to other brokers and the final price wasn’t too far off especially given I was shipping two cars. I do wish I was given a more of a heads up prior to assignment of a transporter but otherwise a much more superior experience to my previous transport experiences. If I had to ship my car again I would likely use them again.
