We utilized Ship a Car Direct to arrange our car shipment across the country and was very satisfied with the service. This is the first time we are utilizing a car shipment service so we had a lot of questions and uncertainties. Renee, our assigned rep, was extremely helpful in answering my questions timely and helpfully, especially in her ability to arrange communication between us and the trucking company.
We received the car, though few days delayed, in perfect condition and are overall very happy with the experience.
Highly recommend if you want a company who is responsible and responsive to your questions and requests.
