From start to finish Ship A Car Direct made this experience easy and worry free. Their website is full of information in various forms including videos to help a novice understand the process. That was extremely helpful!!! Once I settled on using them, I was connected to Jennifer and she checked in regularly through phone calls and emails throughout the process until my car arrived safely to its destination.
