I was pleased with the service that we received in getting a car shipped from the west coast to the east coast. It took a little bit of time to find a carrier but after the final arrangements were made the car was picked up in 12 hours and delivered within a week. I didn't really get updates in transit except from the transport driver who called a day. prior to his arrival. It would've been helpful to know exactly where the car was on its journey, but otherwise I'm happy with the results.
