This was my first time ever,having a vehicle shipped or shipped across country for that matter. I was terrified from all the horror stories that I heard about and reviews that I read about, from other transporting companies. From this point, I found myself doing some very intensifying research. When I came across this company "Ship A Car Direct" my intense search was over! Renee was very friendly,polite & very helpful. She literally took my hand and walked me through every step from beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable about the company and what it stands for and reassuring me that they have the best drivers for transporting and getting the job done in a timely matter. Renee was always available and reliable for any little questions or concerns that I may have had. She always returned my calls through text,email or voicemail if not all 3! Her clarity and customer service skills are over the top and very detailed. Renee is the best! My car was picked up January 24th and scheduled for delivery January 31st. To my surprise, the driver contacted me to let me know, that they would be delivering my car early! My car was delivered early on the morning of January 29th. It was delivered to me the same way I gave it to them. Not a scratch, dent or ding. And everything inside my car was still in place and where I left it. With that being said, the drivers were awesome! I couldn't be more happier and comfortable with the decision of having a sound mind to choose "Ship A Car Direct" The Communication factor was very transparent. Everything from the cost of delivery, (which was very reasonable & no hidden fees or up selling) time frame of delivery and even down to contracting me through emails and texts to insure me that if I had questions about anything, they were there for me and I was given several contact information should I need help or had questions on the weekend. They also have videos to help ease your mind of wanting to know how your car will be shipped and handled from point A to B. They even have their own app for tracking & taking pictures of vehicle before and after delivery, to reinsure that you have nothing to worry about should a accident occurs. I also love the layers of insurance they have as well. Both delivery guys took pictures of my car being picked up and took pictures when my car got delivered. Extra layer of security is always good in my book. This was a very fast and smooth transition, all around excellent! If asked, I would most DEFINITELY use this company again, as well as recommending them to any of my friends and family, when looking for someone to transport a vehicle. Also check them out with the BBB. They have a 5 star A+ rating which also made me feel comfortable knowing this company is legit.
