I shipped my car from IL to CA. Contacted Ship a Car Direct about 3 weeks prior to the week I wanted my car shipped out. My only 2 complaints would be:
1. The date for my car to be picked up wasn't set until a day before, despite having been in contact for 3 weeks at that time.
2. The carrier service used didn't give me updates as far as where my car was or when it was expected to be delivered. I had to call in every time for an update.
Despite those 2 issues, Ship a Car Direct was very thorough and reached out to me via the whole process (either text or email). I did appreciate their app to document the appearance of the car prior to shipping it out. Overall, I would definitely use them again.
