This is the first time I've ever shipped a car and Ship A Car Direct was referred to me by a friend. I called three shipping brokers for comparison and the information and quotes were generally the same. I went with Ship A Car Direct because of Customer Service (Jennifer) and the fact that they answered my questions without giving me the hard sell. Everything went smoothly; pickup and delivery were right on time and the car was delivered in pristine condition. I couldn't be happier.
