This was my first experience shipping a car and it went very well. John at Ship A Car Direct, contacted me to explain the process and update me freqently, prior to having the Tesla picked up. The carrier requested a higher fee than what I contracted, I think due to covid and the shortage of transporters, and I agreed to the increase. The transport company, Thainan Transport, was very skilled and personable - excellent. Marcios, the owner/driver gave me his cell and I was able to contact him during the transport. The car arrived safely. I would definitely recommend!
