We contacted Renee at Ship a Car Direct to arrange to get our car shipped to Texas from Chico California. She was very professional and helpful with making this an easy process. There were videos provided on what was needed to prepare the car for shipping and helpful information on the “Do’s and Don’ts”. We were very pleased with arrangements made for picking up the car. I met the transport driver at a nearby large parking lot and he was able to drive me home. The driver Is named Hector and he lives in Spring Texas. Hector delivered the car to a large parking lot in Bellaire Texas and once again it was a great transaction. We highly recommend this company. We would use them again if we have a need. Excellent service, communication and follow up.
