I am very happy with my overall experience. I was nervous about all the scammers out there, but Ship A Car Direct is straightforward. My direct contact, Lottie, was helpful and diligent. I placed my order, received my quote the next day, and my car was picked up the following day after that. Quote was reasonably priced. The man from the carrier (TBT Express LLC) who delivered my car was nice and communicative. I appreciated that the carrier filled out an inspection sheet of my car. Everything ran smoothly. I would use the service again!
