Very helpful and responsive agent who helped understand my shipping requirements and then gave suggestions on the best options. I was able to ship my car on very short notice with the help of the agent.
The actual car carrier that picked up my car completed the shipment without issues, but it was a bit of a hassle to drive the car to the pickup point and pick it up way outside of the city as well.
