After explaining our situation, Renee worked hard on the front end to make sure our pickup and delivery days would actually work for us. She was responsive, easy to talk to, and extremely helpful. Our carrier ended up switching pickup days and was also accommodating when we needed to change the delivery location. We have now shipped three cars using Ship a Car Direct and each has been a great experience.
