ShipaCarDirect did a great job in transporting my car from PA to CA. The representative Nikki is both professional and polite. She always responded to my questions promptly and always addressed my concerns with great clarity. This is really important to me because it is the first time that I do this. I had no idea how the whole process goes, how to find a reliable carrier, how to pay, etc. Nikki patiently explained every little thing to me. She then promptly connected me with a great carrier, Transauto. The price is reasonable, considering that I live in a small town, not that accessible from highway. Their driver Jay Kim is a very quiet guy but very knowledgeable and he definitely knows how to properly load a car and secure it for coast-to-coast hauling. We did have to drive to a nearby parking lot to drop off the car but it’s also understandable since our house sits on a narrow alley. My car arrived safely in a big city in CA within 7 days. They delivered the car to the exact address, which is located on a much more accessible street. I highly recommend ShipaCarDirect.
