We just moved from the San Francisco Bay area to western New York.. We used Ship a Car Direct to move our two late model, unblemished, low mileage, Honda sedans. From my first contact with Lauren to the delivery of the cars, our experience was outstanding. The carrier owner-operator, David of David's trucking, was a joy to work with. We arranged pickup at a mutually convenient place on the day we wanted, and the delivery in western New York was four days later—the cars arrived before we did and we had to have a friend accept delivery. Turned out to be no problem: the cars came through without a scratch in perfect condition. Noteworthy: when we delivered the cars to David, I found I was missing my wallet, causing a mild panic. I hoped I had left it at home, because if it was in the car or lost, I wouldn't be able to rent a car or fly to New York.. David helped us search the car I had driven and the surrounding parking lot, When that was fruitless, he volunteered to drive us home in my car to see if my wallet was there. It was! He then drove my car back to the pickup point, loaded up, and got underway.. We paid him in advance because we trusted him with both our cars and our money; he merited our trust, and we were not disappointed.. So 5 Stars for David's Trucking as well as Ship a Car Direct.
