I had to ship my car from Rhode Island to Denver a bit last minute.
The dispatcher who was my point of contact was always super helpful, Her name was Lonnie. She always returned my call as soon as she could and gave me all the proper information and updates.
When they finally found a driver, the original price had gone up. I couldn't afford if because I had just paid for a plane ticket and was taking care of a sick pet. Lonnie did everything she could to help me avoid paying that extra fee.
My car was late being delivered and on the day of delivery I hadn't heard from the driver when I was expecting too. Ship a Car services was able to help me contact the driver, who had issues with his truck, I was still able to pick my car up on time, and the driver was very apologetic. My car was in perfect shape.
Over all, everyone was very kind and helpful despite there being a few hiccups. A plus customer service. I would recommend!
