My car was picked up and arrived within the timeframe that I was originally promised. I would have liked more communication. I got nervous as my pickup window approached and I hadn't heard anything. I had to follow up a few times. Once a carrier was confirmed, everything went smoothly. The carrier that they chose was professional and got my car to the location without any damage.
