I received a referral from a close friend that had used your car/SUV services before and contacted Christina, who efficiently provided a quote that seemed reasonable. After deciding to use Ship A Car Direct, Christina provided an email link that made the sign up process very efficient. After signing up, I was contacted within 24 hours with a carrier confirmation, our SUV was picked up the next day, and 3 days later I received my SUV. Linda, the carrier, contacted a few hours ahead of time and confirmed a pickup time. As scheduled, she provided a 15 minute heads up when the car would arrive and confirmed a nearby location. The pick up was hassle free and Linda was very efficient and professional.
