I worked with Lottie from ship-a-car-direct. She was extremely nice, took the time to explain everything to me, and worked with me to get my car shipped in a timely manner from Columbus OH to San Diego CA. The one thing that I would change is that when we were asked to give our window of when we would like our car shipped, they initially gave me a date that was days out from that window, and I had assumed it would be in that window. I had asked them to ask the carrier if they could ship it earlier and they were thankfully able to, but that was still a very stressful experience. I think they should be clearer about this. The cost of my car shipment was also well above what was requested as well, which was really unfortunate.
