I placed an order with Ship A Car Direct to ship my SUV from San Antonio to Queens New York due to its reasonable price about 3 weeks before the actual pick up date. Mike is the agent who helped me find the carrier. He was very professional and explained to me in details via email about the the price breakdown and what to expect when the car was picked up and delivered. Even though there was some misunderstanding of the actual pickup time between carrier and me, the issue was promptly resolved after I emailed Mike. The car was picked up by the carrier at the location where I would like him to be. The car was then delivered to the destination as scheduled. I am very satisfied with the service I received with Ship A Car Direct! I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to my family and friends.
