I did my shopping, they are not into the switch and bait business with a low ball offer. Their rate is not the lowest, but rather a reflection of what most carriers would accept at the time of the quote. plus their fees. I picked them because of their inclusive cargo protection offer. It was an extra piece of mind I did not think much of but then it happened. They have an app where you take pictures of your car and upload them to their site just before the carrier picks up the car. Well, the carrier did damage my car when they load it onto their carrier. The driver claiming it was there when he picks up the car. So this became he said I said augment. On arrival, I uploaded the damaged pictures to the site. The shipper now has the before and after proof - so high-tech. The claim process went smoothly without bickering with the carrier company. The extra bucks I paid were well worth it.
