I was impressed by how communicative and responsive the ship a car direct team was. My boyfriend and I each used them to ship our cars, and we felt that the carriers they partnered with were also trustworthy and good communicators Also, I liked the app that allows you document pictures of your car in case there is any damage Subtracting one star because there was some damage to my car near the back wheel, likely due to my car being on the trailer and bumpiness of the cross country journey
