Lauren at Ship a Car Direct was very helpful. She was confident and competent and talked me through the entire process. This was my first time shipping a car and after this experience would not hesitate to do it again. My carrier, Leroy, was very helpful as well. He communicated throughout the entire process and I had no doubts I was in good hands.
