I was able to have my car picked up 2 days after confirming my transport. Total transport time from NJ to CO (pickup to delivery) was 7 days. The Ship a Car Direct app is handy to take pre and post transport pictures of your car. The customer support line is also able to get in touch with the carrier and provide updates on the arrival date of your car which was useful.
