Just shipped two cars from Charlotte NC to Austin TX using Ship a Car direct and had a great experience. John at Ship a Car direct was a pleasure to deal with and worked with me on meeting our challenging schedule. I also used their app to upload pictures of both cars. Actual transport was arranged with Valerian trucking, who were also highly responsive. The driver Traian Marris was extremely pleasant and worked with me to overcome a mechanical issue with one of my cars. He delivered on time, with the cars in excellent condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience and would not hesitate to use Ship a Car Direct again should the need arise.
