My Wife and I are relocating from Sunnyvale CA to Cedar Park TX. for work. Lauren (our Ship A Car Direct Customer Service contact 720-606-6882) and Dimitry 916-880-0151 (of TopLine Logistics) are top-notch. Lauren took care of all the initial logistics including our date of move, destination address, desired drop-off and pick-up locations. Dimitry met us nearby Austin Airport the same date we arrived by plane, nearby AUS Airport so that we could drive our own car to our Cedar Park home instead of having to rely on Uber or Lyft. Amazing.. Our car made the trip from Sunnyvale CA to Austin TX in about only 24 hrs. in perfect condition and without a scratch. It doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Lauren and Dimitry for a job well done and superbly executed.
