Overall, highly recommend. Shipped my car from Anaheim, CA to NYC. Before signing up with Shipacardirect, I had signed up for quotes from several other websites -- only to be pummeled with sales calls and emails (because they had shared my personal information with everyone). It took me weeks to get myself removed from their email and call lists. From the beginning, I only dealt with Shipacardirect's assigned agent (thanks Christina!), and only got contacted by the shipping company when they were sending me a 24 hour heads up that my car was about to be delivered, and an hour heads up when the driver was on his way to me next. Their damage app made it easy to feel like I had the proper documentation to submit a claim if there was anything -- but of course I didn't find any scratches or dents on my car, and had no issues receiving my car. 10 out of 10 would do it again.
