Better than anticipated

I understand how this business works, but have not shipped a car in years. I did my research and saw promises of superior service by other companies. Well, my experience with this company was excellent. They were patient, understood my questions and concerns, had plenty of support options, were readily available, followed up well, and selected a reliable carrier for me. I have zero complaints. Matt was my salesman and he was awesome. The carrier showed up on time and delivered a day early, even though it was at like 8:30pm. Vitali and Roland were the drivers for Rolls Express. Vitali was somewhat personable and Roland was all business and robotic in his actions. I believe that he is the owner of the nice transport trailer and the main driver. They were very efficient with their equipment and did a great job. My son received the vehicle, in the dark, but thought that it was alright. I will be home in 5 more days and will look more closely, but I expect that everything will be fine.
