After a lot of research on companies to use for shipping my car from Michigan to California, I decided on Ship a Car Direct. I highly recommend this company. The scheduling was easy. My car was picked up a day after promised but the added day actually worked out better for me. The communication via e-mail and phone was excellent. The e-mails were friendly and covered a lot of the information needed. When I had follow-up questions, they were answered quickly. Ship a Car Direct has a really good website with FAQ videos that I found very helpful. The carrier that Ship a Car Direct selected for me was Green Light Carrier Inc. The driver, Chris, was very friendly and professional. My car arrived in California, when promised, in perfect condition. Because the size of the 18 wheeler, we met at a local Meijer parking lot for the pickup in Michigan and the local IKEA parking lot for the drop off in California. This whole process went very smoothly. I will definitely use Ship a Car Direct again!
