Well my experience with Ship-a-car-direct is fabulous. Agent "Renee" is awesome and top notch. She is super honest and trustworthy. She doesn't pressure you nor does she fabricate anything. She provided great and up-to-date communication (which kept my family and I at ease throughout this whole process). Renee made the process painless and smooth. Everything she said went like as expected and like clock-work. Ship-a-car-direct used a top rate driver hauler service (Everlasting WTL LLC) to transport my sons truck to him (my son is in the US Navy) and in-fact the driver actually delivered the vehicle 1 day ahead of schedule which pleasantly caught us all off guard because we did not expect its arrival until the next day. My son was super excited however to get his truck early and the truck arrived in excellent condition and with not a scratch on it.
