After 3 weeks wrestling with USHIP & Montway Transport, I finally fired them and stumbled upon Ship a Car Direct. I instantly noticed better communication, fewer excuses, and best of all... the actual ability to transport my car in a timely manner. Rather than rotating through a never-ending cycle of contradicting excuses, they set the proper expectations with me upfront. They also explained things about the industry that the other companies tried to hide. The referred driver was also friendly, flexible, and accountable. I would definitely recommend both Ship a Car Direct, and Bearden Transport!
