Once I realized how the vehicle shipping industry worked it was a very easy process. I chose Ship a Car Direct because of the reviews on Google and Yelp and I am glad I did. Everyone on the team was very informative and helpful. They did a great job finding a quality shipper for me. The shipper was flexible and worked with my brother-in-law in CA for the pick up. The shipper coordinated with me early for a drop off point since the community I live in would have been quite a challenge for the size of his truck. The drop off point was very convenient for my wife and I. The driver updated me on drop off times. This was the only part that required some flexibility on our part. All in all I am very pleased with the process. I appreciate the communications throughout the entire process from Ship a Car Direct.
