This was my second time using Ship a Car Direct to ship a vehicle half way across the country. In both instances, my vehicle arrived quickly and in excellent condition. In both cases, the only issue that I had and the reason for the one star deduction is the inability of the pickup company to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time. Other than that, overall great experience. I would utilize Ship a Car Direct again as long as I didn't have a tight pickup window.
