We contacted and were contacted by a dozen Auto Transport companies, but Ship A Car Direct was notably more customer oriented than the others. Our request for a door to door covered carrier seemed to be a challenge for others, but not with Ship A Car Direct. Their videos were very informative and they were in touch with us on a regular basis via email. When we contacted them, David, who was the email sender, answered immediately and responded immediately to any question. When a carrier was found, Ship A Car Direct was helpful throughout. The driver was very professional and our 2009 mint condition Mustang was picked up in Northeast Ohio arrived at our door in Las Vegas four days later. It was in flawless condition just as when it was sent. We highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
