This is the first time I had to ship a car cross country from Memphis, TN to Folsom, CA. Shortlisted a couple of companies and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. Scott was my main contact and was extremely helpful and explained the entire process. Their website and in particular their videos were also very informative. They secured a carrier the day after I placed my order and received confirmation of pickup date shortly after.
The carrier assigned was very professional and I was extremely satisfied with his service. The driver was on time for both pickup and delivery. Picked up my car Thursday evening and delivered following Monday morning. I highly recommend this company.
