This was my second time using Ship a Car Direct. They got a driver very quickly. The auction said the car started and moved but when the driver went to pick it up it wouldn't start (dead battery). He had to cancel and so we had to get another driver. Luckily we got one in short order and I only had to pay 1 day of storage. Having to wait for a 2nd driver was frustrating but not Ship a Car Directs fault. Bottom line when the auction says the car starts and moves it isn't always so...
