Overall my experience was good. Our car was delivered in excellent condition. However, we did not receive notification of shipment until several days past our first available pickup date, and we were not notified until one hour before pickup that a shipment was available. I had to leave work early to meet the driver, and thankfully my work allowed me to do this. If I did not have a flexible schedule, this would not have been possible.
