Good experience; small glitches with freight company

Ship A Car Direct provided lots of good online tools/access to support to answer questions about transporting my vehicle. Their service was great, but there were a couple of hiccups on pick-up with the freight company (For instance, they called to ask for pickup two days earlier than initially scheduled; I wasn't able to accommodate, but then they were never in contact to schedule actual pickup time for original date. Instead, I received phone calls just before 6 am on pickup day to take possession of my car immediately. I also had no word about delivery until just a few hours before it might arrive. I had hoped to have more notice, but it all worked out fine in the end.
