I was wan in contact with them 15 days before moving. Jeniffer helped a lot and she managed everything very well. They do not promise for delivery or pick up on a certain day, but you provide a 3 to 4 days period that it will be done within that period. For my case, the pick-up was a bit late, but the delivery was exactly on the first day that I wanted. Great job!
