Overall I had a very good experience with shipacardirect.com. They promptly answered any of my questions, and when I had additional questions it was easy to just call in to my account manager and speak with her directly without playing phone tag or anything. The pickups and deliveries themselves were both relegated to good transport companies that didn't give me any problems, had electronic bill of ladings, and picked up and delivered the cars promptly and without damage. The price was very reasonable too.
