My daughter relocated to California from Pittsburgh, PA the day after college graduation. Our experience with ShipACarDirect was fantastic. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful. We were scheduled to meet the driver at one location when we received a call from the company explaining that low growing trees along the route could potentially scratch the cars. We were able to meet the driver at a better location very near our home. The level of care and research that went into recognizing the potential problems made it easy to turn over our keys. We were in contact with the driver upon arriving in California. We met him at the only address we knew prior to shipping. He was there promptly.
