It has been a breeze dealing with Them. I have used them twice and they answer all the questions and they follow up well
The carriers have been excellent on both trips. The best part about it for us is that we don’t have to find a carrier and schedule a trip six months in advance. By working with ship a car direct, we are able to wait until we really know the date on which we want to travel, and they put our offer out for bid, and we get a response within a day or two.
