We contacted Ship A Car Direct to ship our MINI from Texas to Pennsylvania. Their customer service was great- we felt like we knew what to expect right from the start and was able to ask questions and confirm the process and the quoted cost was less then other places. It didn't take long for a truck to be assigned. And our car was picked up the day that it was supposed to be and actually delivered a little early. The car transport driver was friendly, and professional. We got door to door service too- the car was picked up at our house and delivered right down the street from the delivery location. We were even able to use a simple app to document our car's condition before pick up and after delivery- not that we needed to, the car delivered in the same condition that it was when it left. If we ever need to ship a car again, we would definitely use Ship A Car Direct.
