Excellent service almost made up for last minute notice

Placed shipping order 5 weeks in advance. 3 days past after my earliest pickup date, then all of a sudden received a 1 hour pick up notice while I was 14 hours into driving to my new city. Had to pull over at the side of the road, and scramble to call my neighbor and have her meet the driver with my keys. Car was delivered two days later in great shape so I guess I can't complain too much.
